Mary-Louise Parker, Krysten Ritter added to Blacklist season two
Two terrific actors have been added to the premiere of NBC’s hit series ‘The Blacklist,’ former “Weeds” star Mary-Louise Parker will appear in a recurring role, and “Breaking Bad” actor Krysten Ritter will join as a guest-role.
The premiere is just a few short weeks away, set to hit NBC on September 22, 2014. The network confirmed that Ritter will guest star on the premiere (filming right here in our own New York) in the role of Rowan Mills.
So far Ritter has only been confirmed for one episode, but at least it’s the premiere, beyond that nothing has been drawn-out at this time. Before “Breaking Bad” Ritter was the hilarious ‘B-‘ in “Don’t Trust the B– in Apartment 23,” on ABC. Despite my love for the show, it was canceled after the first season.
NBC may be showcasing Ritter a little more now that she is set to star in the new NBC pilot “Mission Control.” That pilot is from executive producers Adam McKay and Will Ferrell and does not have a release at this time.
