Miranda Lambert, Carrie Underwood lineup for #SomethingBad in new release

A few days before their scheduled appearance on the CMA Music Festival, CMA Female Vocalist of the Year Miranda Lambert and country super-star Carrie Underwood are also dropping a new single. The song, named ‘Something Bad,’ will premiere on Lambert’s new album ‘Platinum’ which is out today (link below). The hashtag was trending on Twitter earlier this morning to celebrate the latest offering from Lambert, the pictures are from the upcoming video and promotional use.

As for the two stars of country, they will both be part of the three-hour special that will finally air on TUESDAY, AUGUST 5 (8:00-11:00 p.m., ET) on ABC. That event will be hosted for the second year running, by reigning CMA Vocal Group of the Year Little Big Town.

The event was filmed back in June, way before the album was set to release, part of a four-day party celebrating America’s music. Also included in the event were artists Rascal Flatts, Thomas Rhett and Keith Urban. There was also a Late Night Jam at a Nashville club with Cole Swindell. You will also get to see Jason Aldean, Dierks Bentley, Hunter Hayes, Brad Paisley and The Band Perry.
