Pretty Little Liars tonight, Mona preps Ali’s return in Thrown from the Ride

This summer has been non-stop drama for the #PLL army of fans, and this week’s episode is all-new and promises to shed some light on little Ali. Tonight’s new episode has the little liars in a bind, as they face more pressure in school and out, all while Mona is busy making plans for Ali’s return to Rosewood High.

With Ali now back in Rosewood, she attempts to regain the role of leader of the group, but she finds her four friends are not as willing to blindly follow her every whim as they once were. Besides feeling the pressure from Alison, Aria, Emily, Hanna and Spencer are also feeling under the microscope at school with the high school focusing their attention on the Liars. While most kids are morbidly curious about what happened to Ali, some are more focused on planning for Ali’s return to school.

ABC also teases, “Meanwhile, Aria’s depression continues to spiral, and she looks for comfort from an unlikely source.” Which we are hoping is a person and not an illegal prescription. “Pretty Little Liars” is produced by Alloy Entertainment in association with Warner Horizon Television and is executive produced by I. Marlene King, Oliver Goldstick, Leslie Morgenstein and Joseph Dougherty.

The series stars Troian Bellisario, Ashley Benson, Tyler Blackburn, Lucy Hale, Ian Harding, Laura Leighton, Shay Mitchell, Janel Parrish and Sasha Pieterse.

The new episode, called “Thrown from the Ride,” airs later tonight (Tuesday of course) at 8pm ET.
