FOX has released a new theatrical trailer for the upcoming sure-to-be tearjerker film ‘The Fault in Our Stars.’ The film follows Hazel and Gus, two ordinary teenagers who both share a rather unique outlook on life, more importantly they share an ill-fated yet uncontrollable love for one another. Their relationship is all the more miraculous given that Hazel’s other constant companion is an oxygen tank, Gus jokes about his prosthetic leg, and they met and fell in love at a cancer support group.
The film was directed by Josh Boone, based on the incredibly popular best-selling novel from John Green. The screenplay adaptation was from Scott Neustadter. This is just one of several projects that rising star Shailene Woodley has going on in her life. The prominent actor still has three more Divergent series films to release, is expected to start premiering in ‘The Amazing Spider-Man’franchise, and had an incredible showing at last year’s Sundance Film Festival with ‘White Bird in a Blizzard’.
Starring with Woodley in this film are Ansel Elgort and Willem Dafoe. The film is expected to release on June 6, 2013.
