Warner Bros. is making a few industry expectations official, and they are starting with the long-awaited ‘Justice League’ film. For a few months now movie-insiders and industry professionals have expected that Warner Bros. will finish off the Man of Steel trilogy with a Justice League film, now the WSJ confirms that it is all coming together at long last, and will still be directed by Zack Snyder.
Man Of Steel 2, or as it continues to be called by fans ‘Batman vs. Superman,’ will stay within Snyder’s dominion. Snyder of course is the director chosen for the upcoming ‘Man of Steel 2’ installment, and he was the original director for ‘Man of Steel.’
Expect to see the same cast come back time and time again thanks to multiple picture-deals signed by Henry Cavill (as Superman,) Ben Affleck (as Batman,) and Gal Gadot (as Wonder Woman.)
The next big adventure in the DC world will be the Man of Steel sequel, though it was pushed back to make room for ‘Pan’ in 2015. Superman and Batman won’t release until May 6, 2016.
