In the same year, Naya Rivera’s wedding and her popular show Glee are being canceled, it’s enough to break any heart. The 27 year-old popular Glee star was engaged to rapper Big Sean, who is 26 and who released a statement regarding the matter earlier today.
“After careful thought and much consideration, Sean has made the difficult decision to call the wedding off,” the rep told PEOPLE. “The recent rumors and accusations reported by so-called or fake sources are simply untrue. Sean wishes Naya nothing but the best and it is still his hope that they can continue to work through their issues privately. We will not be commenting again on this matter.”
The engagement was confirmed to the press back in October, but it looks like things won’t be moving forward for the once charming couple. Although Glee continues to see above-average ratings, FOX will not be continuing the show after next season.
