Maggie Q bares skin at Divergent Premiere, added to new CBS Drama
Last night at the Divergent premiere Maggie Q was turning heads in a revealing black-dress that had everyone asking, “Why don’t I watch more Maggie Q projects?”. The answer to that question is a new drama that is headed to CBS.
Maggie Q is coming off her run as Nikita, the cancelled CW drama that lasted four-season before the network pulled the plug. Now the actor will star in a Kevin Williamson’s CBS stalker drama, centered around detectives who handle stalking cases in the “Threat Assessment Unit” for the LAPD.
In the series Q will play Detective Beth Davis, a workaholic, career driven captain that seeks out to defend those in danger of stalking predators. Also starring in the series is Dylan McDermott (Hostages) as Detective Jack Larsen, who only recently transferred to the crime-unit from New York.
Mariana Klaveno has also been added to the drama as another key-member to the crime-team. You will be able to see even more of Maggie in the Divergent trilogy. Williamson (The Following, The Vampire Diaries) wrote the script to the series and Liz Friedlander is set to direct the pilot.
