Chris Pine pleads guilty in DUI charge
Earlier this month we reported that Chris Pine, made popular by his role as the adventures Captain Kirk in the rebooted ‘Star Trek’ films was arrested on suspicion of Driving under the Influence in New Zealand.
Now we can confirm that Pine has pleaded guilty to the charges. Pine (33 years-old) received a $93 New Zealand dollars fine for the crime (that’s about $79 in here in America) Pine’s New Zealand driver’s license will be suspended for six months.
It was March 1, 2014 when New Zealand Police pulled Pine over, he was leaving a wrap-party for “Z for Zachariah,” expected to release in 2015.
The legal limit in New Zealand is .08%, he tested at 0.11% the night of the incident.
