Michiel Huisman added to Blake Lively film ‘The Age of Adaline’
It’s been a few weeks since we reported on ‘The Age of Adaline,’ the interesting romance film has added a new co-star to the cast with Michiel Huisman.
The sci-fi/romance drama already had a noteworthy cast, including Harrison Ford, Ellen Burstyn and of course Blake Lively as the lead character. In the new film Huisman will play opposite Lively as the love interest throughout the story. The film hasn’t started production, that is schedule to begin in early March, but a release window has not been given to the project as of yet.
Sidney Kimmel, Gary Lucchesi and Tom Rosenberg are set to produce, Eric Reid and Jim Tauber are onboard as Executive Producers.
The story is about a young woman who no longer ages, the result of an almost fatal accident. Her ‘immortality’ comes at a price however, she decides to leave an isolated and lonely existence traveling about the world only to discover Huisman’s character in the process. Lively will play Adaline, the title character, in the film.
The original script for the film was written by J. Mills Goodloe and Salvador Paskowitz, though it was revised later by Allison Burnett.
