If you were hoping to catch the epic trailer for Russell Crowe’s upcoming biblical film ‘Noah’ during the game, you are in luck because the studio has released it early. The upcoming blockbuster will be crashing into your theater later this spring, but you can catch the full trailer above.
The trailer was put together for a gigantic marketing push aimed to air at this Sunday’s big game. Though there is no fear of flooding at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey this weekend, the cold-weather Super Bowl has everyone talking.
This trailer is an extended version of the trailer we reported being released back in November, though scheduled to air on February 2, the trailer hit the net earlier than expected. The film comes from Darren Aronofsky, sharing the screen with Crowe will be Anthony Hopkins, Emma Watson, Logan Lerman and Jennifer Connelly.
Crowes words were chosen carefully for the trailer, “A great flood is coming,” he warns as Noah adding, “The storm can’t be stopped, but it can be survived.” Important because that’s the marketing pitch being used to promote the film. The hashtag tweet #TheFloodIsComing is what will hopefully fill Twitter during the Super Bowl, at least that’s what studio is hoping for.
By tweeting the hashtag above you could win tickets to future sporting events if you also follow @NoahMovie. Fans can catch the new Noah fpm when it opens in theaters and IMAX on March 28, 2014.
