The fourth season of MTV’s popular series ‘Awkward’ will have four new regulars. The four stars added to the fourth season are Elizabeth Whitson, Kofi Siriboe, Evan Crooks and Monty Geer. This comes after the series changed show runners last year, now with Chris Alberghini and Mike Chessler.
Elizabeth-Whitson-InsertMTV is doing very well with the series, which is set to come back on April 15, and Awkward is a big hit with the critics as well.
Fans will see Jenna (played by Ashley Rickards) in her senior year of high school, of course still confused with her love life and pitted against friend and foe once again as she heads toward graduation. As for the newcomers, they have quite the background themselves. New girl Whitson may have been passed on Ravenswood but she is back to play Eva on MTV. This new character is from Manhatten, but transferred from Palos Hills High School.
As for Siriboe (Prom) you have Tyler, a student from Rwanda will be in America to finish her studies. That leaves two more, you have Crooks (The Carrie Diaries) and Geer, these two play Theo and Cole, respectively, who take on new gay roles to expand the series in that respect.
