If you are eagerly counting down the minutes until the simulcast of the Doctor Who 50th Anniversary Special ‘The Day of the Doctor,’ then you should watch the live broadcast of the pre-show above. The live-event is hosted by internet favorite, Veronica Belmont, as she hosts the full pre-show on the BBC America YouTube page, it will also be on the official BBC America/One television channel.
You can expect to see unite a few special guests stop by to celebrate the event with fans, who will be watching the event as it is aired around the globe in over 70 countries worldwide. The actual event will be aired live late today (Saturday) on November 23 at 2:50pm ET. The pre-show will begin at at 2:15pm ET.
With special programmes planned across the BBC, the celebrations will peak on 23 November with the anniversary episode, revealed as The Day Of The Doctor. Starring Matt Smith, David Tennant and Jenna Coleman with Billie Piper and John Hurt, the special for BBC One has been confirmed as feature-length, with 75 minutes of adventure.
