Britney Spears releases Work B**ch music video, filled with whips
As promised earlier today, Britney Spears has released her new music video for ‘Work B**ch’, her latest single. The video is a little more young adult than her earlier pop-videos, filling the screen with whips, sharks and a lot of desert dancing.
The video is also part car-advertisement, with a few leather-dressed backup dancers ushering in the latest video for the pop-queen. Spears has been teasing the video all week on her personal instagram account, the video above was released yesterday to her millions of awaiting fans.
Spear, now 31, shows that she still has what it takes to compete in today’s younger-generation of pop-icons, dancing away in a CGI filled world that is very different from her previous “Ooh La La” video for Smurfs 2.
The Beats Pill speaker made another debut as it is shown in the video, product placement has been commonplace in music videos for the last few years now. Spears also took the time to promote Las Vegas’ Planet Hollywood, it was confirmed in September that Spears will be taking a 2-year Sin City residency at that location titled “Britney: Piece of Me”. That residence will begin on December 27, 2013. The residency will be a “performance hybrid where club meets theater.”
“Work B**ch” is the first single from Spears’ eighth studio album, set to release on December 3, 2013.
