Leading sport-camera company GoPro has announced its latest model, the Hero 3+. The new device is perfect for your extreme conditions, with a smaller and lighter frame, improved speeds and a more substantial battery-life.
There will be two versions released to the public under the Hero 3+ line, the Black Edition boasts a 20% body, while improving the battery of the battery of the device up to 30% over the previous model. The WiFi of the camera received an upgrade as well, now 4x faster than before with a new lens that will offer better images and clearer video. The new feature, called SuperView, will offer a larger wider shots when shooting in wide-angle.
That leaves the silver edition, also a Hero 3+. In this device you will find a new image processor, that offers 2x the performance of the original Hero 3, while supporting 1080p video at 60 fps. You can also opt to shoot in 720p video at 120 fps. This model is 15% smaller than the original model but also supports the faster WiFi. The GoPro Hero 3+ will have an MSRP of $299.99 (for the silver edition) and $399.99 (for the black edition).
