It can be hard to follow-up a VMA performance as viral as Miley Cyrus’, but the pop-princess has all the ingredients necessary to get people talking with her new music-video. The new video for Miley Cyrus ‘Wrecking Ball’ was released today, and although a nude Cyrus is plastered all over the video, we don’t think fans will mind, the video is actually pretty well done.
A tearful Cyrus starts off the video, then comes a sledgehammer, followed by the chain of a wrecking ball that nude Cyrus wiggles on at times. The stark contrast and bright lights are typical of the portrait photographer, Terry Richardson, who directed the video.
If you are a true fan, then Miley wants you to go online to once again take the Vevo record for most video views in 24 hours. “We Can’t Stop” won the title back in June but was forced to concede to One Direction’s “Best Song Ever.” The song is from ‘Bangerz’, which you can check out on iTunes below.
