Bethesda shows The Evil Within trailer from TGS
It may be a little earlier to think about great Halloween games, but Bethesda has one in store that will eventually hope to scare you right off your controller. The latest trailer released today is from Bethesda, and shows the best look yet of the highly anticipated survival-horror title ‘The Evil Within’.
The game is a creation from both Bethesda Softworks and Tango Gameworks, the trailer was first shown to attendees of the the Tokyo Game Show. Shinji Mikami is set to direct The Evil Within. The game will offer, “Highly-crafted environments, horrifying anxiety, and an intricate story weave together to create an immersive world that will bring players to the height of tension,” according to the official description from the publisher
The game still doesn’t have a release date however, but it will hit PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and Windows PC in 2014. You can checkout the trailer above and although you can’t mark your calendar yet, you can still think about how terrific it may play on next-generation consoles.
