Coming from his previously finished series ‘Fringe,’ Joshua Jackson has been confirmed for the Showtime series ‘The Affair’. In the show Jackson is set to play a Long Island rancher, married to a woman that will have an affair. Also set to appear on the series are Ruth Wilson, Dominic West and Maura Tierney. This will be the pilot episode for the series.
The series pilot was written by ‘House of Cards’ Sarah Treem, also working on the show is Hagai Levi from “In Treatment. Both writers will serve as executive producers, heading the show will be Mark Mylod. More information on the new series and other cast members will be revealed later, depending on how well the pilot is received.
