Twilight producer takes Kate Atkinson’s best-selling novel Life After Life to film
The film adaptation of Kate Atkinson’s best-selling novel ‘Life After Life’ already has some amazing people behind it. “Mad Men” Semi Chellas and “The Bridge” Esta Spalding are already assigned to write the film adaptation and Temple Hill from the ‘Twilight’ series is producing it.
After bidding Lionsgate acquired the rights to Kate Atkinson’s New York Times bestseller, it was published in April by Reagan Arthur Books. The book is set during World War II, exploring the possible lives that we could have had, if you had the chance. The story follows Ursula Todd, gifted with the ability to start her life anew, learning what the smallest choices can do to impact our lives.
The book did amazingly well when it was first released and still remains on many top-selling lists to this day. The film is expected to do just as well. Of course casting, location and other production notes will be released as we get further along in production.
