Legal action the next step for Liam Gallagher, following baby-daddy story
Liam Gallagher, the former frontman for the popular ’90s group ‘Oasis’ infamous for bickering with his brother Noel on (and off) the stage, is now threatening legal action against the New York Post for an article they ran earlier this week.
The NY Post’s article stated that Gallagher was the true father of an entertainment journalist by the name of Liza Ghorbani. The child was the result of a relationship that Ghorbani had with the rockstar, after meeting Gallagher for an interview while she was writing for the New York Times.
The singer was married to former ‘All Saints’ singer Nicole Appleton. The two were married in 2008. Liam has three children all together, from three different women. One with Appleton, one with his first wife Patsy Kensit, and one with musician Lisa Moorish.
A spokesman for the singer confirmed that Liam will be taking legal action against the paper with the BBC, though did not go into details at this time. The NY Post has not made any further comments on the matter.
