Disney has released a very short teaser-trailer for its next animated tale, a new feature that will bring the talking animals and fantasy settings that made Disney into the entertainment superpower that it is today. The new film is called ‘Frozen,’ and it will hit theaters on November 27, 2013.
This marks the first trailer that has been released for the project. The film was co-directed by Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee (the same person that co-wrote the screenplay to Wreck it Ralph). The film stars Kristen Bell alongside Josh Gad and Idina Menzel.
The basis of the story revolves around the ‘The Snow Queen,’ a classic fairytale of a woodland setting trapped in an eternal-winter from the mind of Hans Christian Andersen. The story finds Anna (played by Kristen Bell) who is on a journey to find her sister (the Snow Queen,) in an effort to break the curse of the permanent winter that has plagued the world.
As stated earlier the film will release in November here in North America, you can expect to see a few more trailers for the icy-story as we get closer to the holiday season.
