Amazon is renewing the popular Kindle Fire HD promotion that the company held for Mother’s Day, only this time its for Father’s Day and graduates. For a limited time customers can pick up the Kindle Fire HD for a special price.
Although select models of the Kindle Fire HD were already lowered in price earlier this year, customers who purchase a tablet for a limited time can save an additional $20. The promotion covers the Kindle Fire HD, Kindle Fire HD 8.9″, or the Kindle Fire HD 8.9″ with 4G. Amazon is also having a promotion with its new secure payment form (known as Amazon Coins), Kindle Fire owners get 500 Amazon Coins (a $5 value) to spend on Kindle Fire apps and games if they purchase a tablet. With the promotion consumers can pick up an Amazon Kindle Fire HD 16GB starting at $179, a Kindle Fire HD 8.9″ for $249 or a Kindle Fire HD 8.9″ 4G LTE for $379.
