It has only been a few weeks since Samsung introduced the world to the Galaxy S4 but there is already a new phone on the market in the form of the tinier Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini. Here are the new details on the phone.
The new slim-down version of the popular Android smartphone will feature a 4.3-inch qHD Super AMOLED display (16:9 aspect ratio) and will powered by 1.7 GHz dual-core processor. The smartphone will have 1.5GB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory. Of that 8GB users will only have 5GB available but you can upgrade that memory witha microSD slot for up to 64GB of additional storage if needed.
The slimmed-down phone also has a slimmed-down battery. The 1900 mAh battery in the Galaxy S4 Mini isn’t as lasting as the traditional 2600 mAh battery in the smartphones older brother. Customers will also get an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera, coupled with a 1.9-megapixel camera in the front. Inside the device you will find Android version 4.2.2 (Jelly Bean) and it comes in a 8.94mm thick, and it weighs a total of 107 grams.
You can choose between White Frost and Black Mist, and will be featured at the London press-event in June. 20.
