Earlier this morning Google began rolling-out a new overhauled Gmail experience for users. The new updates adds a few tweaks and changes, while centering on clearing out your inbox with unwanted mail, or less important mail.
The roll-out began today with the majority of the U.S. given the ability to update their apps, settings and preferences. Google released the video above to highlight some of the key features of the updated service. Google states that “new customizable tabs put you back in control” giving you all the information you need “at a glance” so you can quickly and accurately prioritize your inbox on the fly. You can check out the video above and then head over to your favorite Gmail application to start testing out the new UI (assuming that it is available on your device already).
