Share and Compare: Improving graphics from Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 to Call of Duty Ghosts

Call of Duty fans should be very excited to know that the new installment “Call of Duty: Ghosts” will be running on a new graphics engine. Though it can be hard to notice the subtle changes just by watching one video, so Activision put the two games side-by-side.

The first real video for the title was shown during Microsoft’s Xbox One announcement, and everyone seemed to leave impressed with the upgrade. The video is narrated by a developer at Infinity Ward, the same team that has brought so many enjoyable titles to the COD franchise. The developer talks about the depth scans of subjects, used to recreate the most finite details in COD: Ghosts.

Fans still have a while to wait before the new game is released on PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One but the video should at least get them excited. The new title will release on November 5, 2013.
