Vampire Academy: Blood Sisters adds Modern Family actress Sarah Hyland to cast

 
It seems the upcoming film ‘Vampire Academy: Blood Sisters’ has added another young hollywood starlett to the cast. It’s being reported that Sarah Hyland from Modern Family has joined the project.
 
The film, part of the Weinstein Company, also added Gabriel Bryne from Vikings. The upcoming picture is based on the popular book series written by Richelle Mead. The two confirmed roles are the head of Vampire Academy (Bryne) and the young Natalie (Hyland) is the headmaster’s daughter. Zoey Deutch takes on Rose, the lead in the film and Lucy Fry will play Lissa. Sarah was the latest addition to the cast according to Deadline.
 
Other stars in the film include Olga Kurylenko as Kirova, Cameron Monaghan as Mason Ashford, Danila Kozlovsky as Dimitri Belikov and Sami Gayle as Mia. As we mentioned before the book was written by Richelle Mead (novel) and Daniel Waters wrote the screenplay. The story follows Rose Hathaway who is a Dhampir, half human/vampire the guardians of the Moroi who are mortal vampires “living discretely within our world. Her legacy is to protect the Moroi from bloodthirsty, immortal Vampires, the Strigoi”.
