NIS America reminds us that RPG ‘Time and Eternity’ for PS3 is just around the corner
There has been so much talk of action-survival games, the PS4 and fall 2013 titles that a new RPG from NIS America almost slipped past our calendar.
Time and Eternity is an RPG exclusively for the PS3, and it is still on track to release in North American and Europe this summer. For those of you that are just catching up, Time & Eternity is a game that has been on many people’s radar for months. The hand-drawn animation styling in the RPG are something to be admired and are some of the best any game has had. In the title players will “witness your own death at your wedding before traveling back in time with your wife-to-be in order to track down your killer” according to game’s publisher. There is also a lot of DLC planned after release, but more information on that content will be revealed at a later date.
The game takes place in Kamza, which is “a vibrant kingdom located on a lush ocean island, is in the midst of a national event celebrating the upcoming marriage of their princess to a valiant knight”. It is at that time a group of assassins appears during the ceremony, and as the knight lays mortally wounded, the princess “reveals her long- hidden secret—there is a second soul living within her, and together they control the power to travel through time”. A pretty terrific setting for an RPG to take off from. Time and Eternity is scheduled to release on PS3 on July 16, 2013.
