Tucked away in Wisconsin is the best bell tower in the land, with one of the greatest carillonneurs in all the nation. At least the coolest and most hip.
Lyle Anderson from the UW Madison Carillon played the theme and it was quite wonderfully done. According to the YouTube post, the carillon was originally dedicated in 1936 and has a total of 56 bells (size 15 to 6,823 pounds). The wonderful person behind these musical triumph has been at this post for close to 30 years. We salute you University of Wisconsin.
