Leap Motion let’s you control Google Earth, it’s like having the powers of the Q

Leap Motion was one of the hottest new tech concepts at SXSW this year, and with the technology integrating itself with more and more apps and platforms, it’s easy to see why.
Leap Motion uploaded the following tech-demo earlier today showing off how a user can control Google Earth with simple gesture commands using the Leap Motion device. It’s truly an amazing interface and one that is possible with the smallest of gadgets. The company states, “Google Earth now supports Leap Motion. Soon you’ll soar around San Francisco, the Grand Canyon, Paris, NYC and more. #LeapInto Google Earth”.
It’s a great way to celebrate Earth Day, by controlling the globe by using powers that the Q would grant you if you were onboard the Starship Enterprise.
