If you are in the ultrabook, laptop or tablet market you might want to check out the Microsoft Store this morning.
 
The ultra-modern, lightweight and versatile Ultrabook is now starting at just $899. All three models of the $300 of for a limited time on the Microsof Store will supplies last. The Aspire S7 comes with some impressive stats, that only get better as you upgrade to the higher-end models. Even the cheapest model comes with an Intel Core i5 1.70 GHz processor, 4GB of RAM, an SSD 128GB hard-drive and a 1080p touch-screen display.
 
One of the greatest features of the ultrabook is its minimilist design, coming in at only 2.29lbs the device is only .5″ thick. When the device launched it was really only the price that consumers seemed to have an issue with, now that Microsoft has shaved $300 off the MSRP it’s much more competitive.
 
A quick compare at prices around the web at popular retailers (when this promotion began) shows that the Microsoft Store was offering the ultrabook well below anyone else. There is no indication on how long the promotion will run however. As of right now you can still grab one.
