Pixar and Disney have announced that there will finally be a sequel to hit animated tale ‘Finding Nemo’. Here are the details.
The new animated movie, ‘Finding Dory’ is expected to launch in US theaters on November 25th, 2015. Details of the film put the story almost one year after the events of the original title. Returning characters include, Marlin, Nemo and his friends from the Dentist’s tank.
Ellen DeGeneres has always had a long-standing joke on her show ‘Ellen’ that we would have loved to a sequel and now she will get the chance. “I have waited for this day for a long, long, long, long, long, long time,” said DeGeneres about her reprising role. “I’m not mad it took this long. I know the people at Pixar were busy creating ‘Toy Story 16.’ But the time they took was worth it. The script is fantastic. And it has everything I loved about the first one: It’s got a lot of heart, it’s really funny, and the best part is—it’s got a lot more Dory.”
The film will also have the original director, Andrew Stanton. In the story Dory will attempt to find her long-lost (somewhat forgotten) family.
