Google updates Gmail application on Jelly Bean

If you have an Android phone that runs ‘Jelly Bean’ then you will be able to update your Gmail application for a few new features.

Google made the announcement on the official Google Mail blog earlier today. The new Gmail update allows users to delete, archive or reply to their emails right from the notification section on their phone. The days of launching an email application just to do these simply commands are now over.

If you have ‘Ice Cream Sandwhich’ or a later version of Gmail running on your phone, then you will also notice a faster search, bug fixes and stability improvements on your device as well. You can check out the official blog post below for the official details from Google.
