Mac OS X 10.8.3 update adds Windows 8 Boot Camp install support
Apple’s ‘Bootcamp Installation’ for partitioning hardrives and installing other operating systems is a fairly straightforward and uncomplicated procedure. Now Apple has added support for Window 8 installation.
The new update that is available for MAC OS X is 10.8.3, available through the ‘Software Update’ feature on Macs. This includes a few minor security updates, as well as a few bugs that have been reported by the community or found by Apple. The largest feature to be added through the update is the ‘Boot Camp’ support for installing Windows 8.
The other larger portion of the update goes to Safari 6.0.3. Now users will be bale to redeem any iTunes cards right on the Apple Store by simply using the camera on your Mac. If you have Mountain Lion, you can go to the Mac App Store and click on ‘Software Updates’.
