Blackberry is making sure that consumers get the most out of their latest flagship phone, the ‘Blackberry 10’. In the latest round of app announcements the company shows off the latest apps that are available on, and coming to, the new phone.
The list is part of a ‘BlackBerry World Wednesday’ series that is ment to keep consumers abreast of all the new content that is being released for the phone. The blog will be updated every Wednesday and will highlight the new applications that are available. It’s a simple way to keep on top of what will surely be an avalanche of applications hitting the phone in the coming weeks and months.
This week 10 new applications have been featured, with a hint at upcoming applications as well. The apps are divided up into categories (Lifestyle & Utilities, Gaming, Video & TV, Business & Finance, Social and News & Magazines). Consumers can easily find new applications and click on the links to download the applications from the official store-front.
Some of the major apps that were highlighted this week include Zara, Jetpack Joyride and TheStar Mobile News. Blackberry took the time to announce upcoming applications as well including, the Wall Street Journal and Amazon Shopping which will be coming to BlackBerry World This Month.
