Social media sites have been very busy this week. Facebook announced a new ‘News Feed’ layout yesterday, Google+ update the day before, and now YouTube has launched some new changes of its own.
The new channel layout is out of beta testing, and if you own a YouTube channel you can start using the new layout right away. The new design in called “One Channel” and the focus of the changes is to offer more images, a centered destination for sharing content and a seamless experience on all platforms.
YouTube users can now update their ‘Channel Art’, which fits in nicely with the Google+ update that was launched earlier this week. Users can even prepare a trailer to be shown when a user visits their page, assuming that person is not already a subscriber. You can check out all the new changes and switch over to the new design starting today.
