Adobe has released a new version of ‘Photoshop Touch’ for mobile devices. The popular photo-editing and design software that was once only available for tablets, is now available on iOS and Android phones.
The tablet version of the software was welcomed with warm reviews from both critics and consumers. The new version carries with it many of the same features and mobility that the original tablet-version launched with, only this time slimed down for smartphone users.
Packed with filters, editing tools and sharing capabilities, Photoshop Touch stands out as one of the best design applications offered on either the iOS or Android platform. If you are familiar with other Photoshop applications you will find the same layers, tool-presets and functionality that many of the desktop applications currently use; only specifically designed for a slimmer, touch-based user-interface. The application can be used to revamp pictures ‘on the go’ before they are sent to social-media sites, clients or family members.
The application costs $4.99 and can be found on either the iTunes App Store or Google Play, if you own a Kindle you can pick up the tablet application on the Amazon App Store.
