If you have been putting off pre-ordering an Xbox One for November because you think they will be everywhere, there is one place they won’t be for now, GameStop. Supplies are running and this and the demand seems to be rising.

GameStop has officially stopped taking pre-orders for launch day Xbox One consoles online, which could very well be a sign of things to come. As GameStop runs dry at the moment we have contacted our heard of GameStop managers that we know, and asked if their supplies have dwindled as well. “We ran out a few days ago and were told to stop taking pre-orders all together.” a GameStop manager in the tri-state area told us, who asked us not to mention their name or store number, and many of the others we spoke to had similar stories. They all had the same warning of GameStop stocks being very low, many to begin with.

With such a major retailer running dry, you can bet that demand will soon spike at other outlets. The launch day bundle comes with some unique goodies, as well as being available before Christmas, like The Day One console includes a commemorative controller, token code to unlock an exclusive Day One achievement, and premium packaging at no additional cost.

If you hurry you can still pre-order an Xbox One from other retailers online, like Amazon who is still taking pre-orders at the moment. You can check out availability and pricing on the retailer’s official product page below.
